1. Digital Manager

Team: Digital
Level: Manager (6+)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective

Lead and optimize the company’s and clients’ digital ecosystem across all performance channels. The Digital Manager connects brand strategy with measurable results — driving efficiency, ROI, and innovation while developing a high-performing digital team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel digital strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage media plans, budgets, and performance frameworks (GA4, CAPI, Looker Studio).
  • Supervise campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to ensure KPI delivery (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
  • Oversee creative testing (A/B, audience, funnel) and apply insights to scale performance.
  • Ensure data tracking accuracy and reporting consistency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Creative teams to deliver data-driven storytelling.
  • Manage and train Digital Executives, Social team, and freelancers to build an agile execution model.
  • Report directly to MKT Director with strategic recommendations and performance insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in team management.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Fluent in English.

Selection Priorities

  • Proven success leading large-scale digital campaigns (>1B VND budget/quarter).
  • Strong hybrid thinking: strategic + technical.
  • Experience managing omni-channel or full-funnel performance systems.
  • Familiar with AI-based ad optimization, automation tools, and conversion tracking.
  • Confident presenter, capable of defending media strategy and ROI in front of clients or management.

2. Digital Executive

Team: Digital
Level: Senior (3+)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective

Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve performance KPIs. Act as the technical link between strategy and execution, ensuring flawless setup, delivery, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Configure tracking tools (GA4, GTM, CAPI) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, report fluctuations, and propose optimizations.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to align ad messages with brand goals.
  • Maintain spending efficiency and deliver on CPA, ROAS, and CTR targets.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for weekly and monthly reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and UTM tagging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

3. Social Supervisor

Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective

Lead social media strategy and content direction to ensure every brand’s voice is engaging, consistent, and performance-driven. Bridge creative storytelling with data insights to grow brand communities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build monthly/quarterly social strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop and manage content calendars across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Supervise Social & Content team on daily posting, engagement, and community management.
  • Approve social content to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Digital, and Brand teams for cross-channel campaigns.
  • Monitor and report social metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, Follower Growth).
  • Train and mentor Social Executives in writing, trend adaptation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage social performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social content and communities, including team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of algorithms and trends across major social platforms.
  • Excellent communication and creative direction skills.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, brand tone, and digital culture.
  • Proficient in Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, Looker Studio, and social monitoring tools.

4. Social cum Content Executive

Job Objective

Create engaging, on-brand content that drives reach, engagement, and conversion across social channels. Be the brand’s digital voice — combining creativity, trend awareness, and storytelling power.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and produce short-form content ideas (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Write captions, scripts, and visual concepts consistent with brand tone.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with Designers and Video Editors to produce eye-catching assets.
  • Monitor engagement (comments, inbox, shares) and manage responses based on guidelines.
  • Report weekly content performance and propose creative optimizations.
  • Stay updated with social trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Creative Writing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social content creation (agency preferred).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Meta Suite, IG, YouTube Studio, Canva, CapCut Pro.
  • Excellent organizational skills and teamwork under tight timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) for ideation is a plus.
