BRAND DEPARTMENT – JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Brand Manager

Team: Brand
Level: Manager (6+)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective:
Lead the development and growth of client brands, ensuring strategic consistency and impactful communication across all channels. The Brand Manager is responsible for long-term brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-department collaboration (Content, Performance, Social) to maximize visibility and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer insight research to define optimal brand positioning.

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term brand strategies, architecture, and guidelines.

  • Build integrated communication plans, working with Creative, Media, Content, and Performance teams.

  • Manage brand budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize ROI.

  • Oversee production of marketing assets (TV, digital, PR, social, POSM, etc.).

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare strategic post-campaign reports.

  • Act as main liaison with clients and strategic partners to ensure brand direction alignment.

  • Mentor and develop Brand Executives/Assistants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing or branding (agency, mobile game, crypto, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred).

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, IMC campaigns, and multi-channel execution.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Data-driven mindset; proficient in GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.

  • Fluent in English.

Selection Priorities:

  • Proven track record leading full-scale 360° or IMC campaigns.

  • Strong brand strategy and consumer insight analysis skills.

  • Experience managing large budgets (1B+ VND/quarter).

  • Preferred background: international brands or industries like F&B, FMCG, Lifestyle, Tech.


2. Brand Executive

Team: Brand
Level: Senior (3+)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Brand Manager
Location: 968 Đường 3/2, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Objective:
Support Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and communication plans to enhance brand awareness and value. Acts as the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Content, Media, Performance, Production) to deliver projects on time.

  • Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Conduct market research, gather insights, and support strategy proposals.

  • Compile campaign reports and suggest optimizations.

  • Handle client communication: briefs, proposals, updates, and reporting.

  • Manage campaign budgets and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications (preferably in agencies).

  • Strong project management and teamwork skills.

  • Excellent writing, summarizing, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, Looker Studio.

  • English proficiency preferred.

Selection Priorities:

  • Experience executing ≥2 integrated marketing campaigns (digital/social/event).

  • Solid understanding of Creative, PR, and KOL coordination.

  • Good visual/content sense and understanding of brand guidelines.

  • Experience in client service or account management is a plus.


3. PR/KOL Executive

Team: Brand
Level: Senior (3+)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective:
Support Brand and PR teams in building brand reputation and awareness through PR and KOL/Influencer marketing. Manage relationships and campaign performance to achieve brand objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop PR/KOL plans aligned with overall brand strategy.

  • Research and propose suitable KOLs/Influencers based on campaign goals and target audience.

  • Coordinate with KOLs/Influencers and agencies, managing content, timelines, and contracts.

  • Support PR activities: media partnerships, press releases, events, collaborations.

  • Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, EMV).

  • Maintain and update KOL/media database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Business.

  • 3+ years of experience in PR/KOL management (agency or brand-side).

  • Deep understanding of Vietnam’s influencer landscape.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and content briefing skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads).

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative.

Selection Priorities:

  • Proven experience managing KOL campaigns (from nano to macro).

  • Strong influencer network or agency coordination experience.

  • Familiarity with campaign measurement metrics (reach, CPM, engagement).

  • Advantage: experience integrating KOLs into social/event campaigns.


4. Event Supervisor

Team: Brand
Level: Senior (3+)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective:
Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution for brand campaigns, ensuring creativity, efficiency, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop event master plans: objectives, budget, timeline, manpower, vendors, and risk management.

  • Design operation workflows (SOP), safety, and compliance checklists.

  • Supervise layout/3D/production with Creative/Design teams.

  • Manage and train Event Executives; coordinate with suppliers and contractors.

  • Act as onsite lead, ensuring flawless execution and issue resolution.

  • Conduct post-event evaluation and cost optimization reports.

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Event/Activation management.

  • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of stage, sound, and lighting systems.

Selection Priorities:

  • Led ≥5 brand events or activations.

  • Full process management experience (brief → concept → execution → report).

  • Strong vendor network and cost control ability.

  • Leadership and problem-solving under pressure.


5. Event Executive

Team: Brand
Level: Senior (3+)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective:
Execute event operations as planned, ensuring on-site smoothness, quality, and compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, contracts, and payments.

  • Manage event timeline, checklist, manpower, KOL booking, and permits.

  • Support production and quality control of event materials and booths.

  • Oversee assigned zones during events, compile reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+ years of experience in event/trade marketing.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient under pressure.

  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Selection Priorities:

  • Experience handling end-to-end event operations.

  • Strong vendor management and on-site coordination skills.

  • Aesthetic sense and ability to propose activation concepts.
