DESIGN DEPARTMENT – JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Designer

Team: Creative
Level: Senior (3+ years)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective:
Design and produce all visual assets for brand and marketing campaigns — including social media posts, digital banners, POSM, and key visuals — ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution: Create digital and print assets (social media, OOH, POSM, brochures, etc.) and adapt layouts for multiple platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Executives, Video Editors, and Content teams to maintain consistent visuals across campaigns.
  • Quality Control: Review design files for accuracy in color, typography, layout, and export formats.
  • Continuous Learning: Research modern design trends (3D, motion, AI tools) to elevate visual creativity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or Multimedia.
  • At least 3 years of creative design experience in agency or in-house marketing environments.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; basic understanding of After Effects or Figma preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, color harmony, and layout balance.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Selection Priority:

  • Strong and diverse portfolio across brands and formats.
  • Experience designing for digital-first and social-first platforms.
  • Motion or short-form video editing ability is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.).

2. Video Editor

Team: Creative
Level: Senior (3+ years)
Type: Full-time Onsite

Job Objective:
Edit, assemble, and produce engaging videos for brand campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, TVC). The Video Editor brings creative concepts to life through dynamic visuals, sound, and motion that enhance brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Cut, color-correct, mix audio, and subtitle campaign videos for various formats and platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Executives, Designers, Copywriters, and KOL teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Content Production: Create teasers, highlight reels, motion clips, bumper ads, and localized edits.
  • Quality & Optimization: Deliver outputs meeting platform specs (format, ratio, duration) while maintaining brand quality.
  • Data & Performance: Track performance metrics (CTR, retention rate) to improve future edits and creative direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Editing, or Digital Arts.
  • 1–3 years of experience in post-production, agency, or studio environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools (DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics, storytelling, and sound synchronization.
  • Excellent sense of rhythm, emotion pacing, and attention to detail.

Selection Priority:

  • Strong portfolio including TVCs, social short-form videos, or brand campaigns.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social-first editing (hook-first, fast cut, caption-driven).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work under tight deadlines.
