1. Creative Manager

Job Objective:
Lead the entire creative operation of the company — from ideation, concept development, and art direction to production — ensuring all brand and communication campaigns achieve the highest standards of aesthetics, messaging, and impact. The Creative Manager serves as the bridge between brand strategy and creative execution, inspiring and guiding the creative team toward consistent and compelling outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Direction: Develop creative strategies, big ideas, campaign taglines, and key visuals aligned with brand identity. Approve all creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Creative team (Art Executives, Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters). Assign projects, monitor timelines, review quality, and nurture creative thinking.
- Production Oversight: Supervise the creative workflow from brief → concept → production → final QC to ensure consistency and quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Brand and Account teams to gather client feedback, optimize creative direction, and manage production budgets (freelancers, KOLs, external vendors).
- Reporting & Evaluation: Analyze creative performance metrics and campaign results to refine strategies and inspire continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5–7 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and performance-driven creativity.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and collaboration tools (Figma, Miro).

- Proven portfolio of 360° campaigns and production leadership.
- Data-informed creativity — using performance insights to refine ideas.
- Confident in presenting and defending creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
2. Creative / Art Executive
Team: Creative
Level: Senior (3+ years)
Type: Full-time Onsite
Job Objective:
Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative ideas and visual concepts for multi-platform communication campaigns. The Creative/Art Executive transforms insights into visual stories that resonate across digital, social, and traditional media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Analyze briefs and consumer insights; develop visual concepts, key visuals, moodboards, and art direction.
- Production Supervision: Collaborate with Designers, Video Editors, Photographers, and Production Houses to ensure creative outputs meet brand standards.
- Visual Storytelling: Write creative rationales and present ideas effectively to internal teams or clients.
- Trend & Brand Development: Research design and digital trends to keep campaigns modern, relevant, and platform-optimized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia Arts.
- 2–4 years of experience in creative or art direction, preferably at an agency or studio.
- Strong visual thinking, storytelling, and composition sense.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Selection Priority:
- Strong portfolio in concept creation, key visuals, and campaign art direction.
- Experience working with production teams (video, photography, 3D).
- Ability to apply audience insights and data to visual design decisions.
